4.3. PRODUCT CATALOG AND FEATURES

You can find our product catalog published on our website. If a product is out of stock, the message "out of stock" will appear, and it cannot be added to the cart.

The products offered on neuromart.shop are subject to availability and may undergo modifications or updates without prior notice, in order to improve their quality. NEUROMART SHOP reserves the right to modify the content of the online store, including prices, descriptions, and other terms without prior notice.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the final product received by the customer.

4.4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

4.4.1. Product prices

The prices of the products offered in the NEUROMART SHOP online store include the applicable VAT according to current legislation at all times.

As a general rule, most selected products do NOT include shipping costs. There are some exceptions, so it is advisable to check the details of each selected product in the cart, as well as the associated costs during order confirmation.

4.4.2. Prices of delivery and transport services

NEUROMART SHOP ships throughout the Spanish national territory.

The cost of shipments will vary depending on both the weight of the product selected by the client and the destination selected by the client, always being detailed and itemized as a separate amount during the purchase process.

The client can always review the shipping amount corresponding to the product in the order summary before confirming it.

4.4.3. Discounts

At the time of order confirmation, the customer will have the option to include any valid applicable discount code.

4.4.4. Pricing errors

NEUROMART SHOP has enabled payments for orders placed on the website to be made through:

  • Credit card directly on the website
  • Shopify payment platform – Shop Pay
  • PayPal

NEUROMART SHOP delivers throughout the national territory, for which it collaborates with third-party transport service providers responsible for managing the shipping and delivery of products.

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the transport service used. NEUROMART SHOP reserves the right to select transport service providers.

At the end of the order confirmation process, the customer will receive estimated information regarding the delivery date of their order. Through these terms and conditions of purchase, the customer accepts that the indicated dates are approximate, and in some cases, delivery times may be extended due to causes not directly attributable to NEUROMART SHOP. NEUROMART SHOP will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by factors attributable to the carrier, force majeure, or any other situation beyond its control.

4.5.2. Delivery incidents

If the order is affected by delays due to causes beyond NEUROMART SHOP's control (logistical problems, adverse weather conditions, etc.), the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

If the transport company cannot make the delivery due to the customer's absence, a new delivery attempt will be made, or a notice will be left with instructions for collection.

The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the merchandise will be transferred to the customer at the moment when they, or a third party authorized by them, acquire material possession of the order. This means that, once the product is received, any subsequent incident or deterioration will be the responsibility of the customer.

Therefore, it is essential that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you detect visible damage to the packaging or suspect that the product may have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you:

  • Report the incident
  • Take photographs
  • Notify the incident within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order.
